Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Entire agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding this website, and supersede any prior understanding about it.
